Who we are
Trekko is a church made up of both adults and students who want to see people find the loving embrace of God. We are embedded in the University of Arizona and are partnered with The Well campus ministry.
Where We Come From
Theologically, Trekko church is a new plant out of the Church of Christ heritage. We place a high value on scripture and are seeking to simply follow the Holy Spirit as it contextualizes the gospel in our context. We are a faith community that has drawn adults from multiple denominational backgrounds and want to reflect that diversity in our culture and worship.
Geographically, we come from a multitude of states, and even countries. We are proud to say our community reflects the diversity of the university and seeks to be a space where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
Where we're headed
Trekko just officially launched in September of ‘24, and we would love for you to come check us out on a Sunday! You can find details about our Sunday service here. Our campus ministry, The Well, also has events going throughout the school year for college students including fun activities and weekly Bible studies. We would love for you to join us!
Our long term goal is to launch more faith communities on more university campuses as God builds this church and adds to our number. Interested in church plating on a university campus? Come talk to us!

We are a community that has simply felt the loving embrace of Jesus and want you to feel that too! We are all lost sons and daughters finding our way home again and learning to let ourselves be embraced by the transforming love of God.
